New clans, new wars and old secrets. A turf war between FrostClan & MoonClan. MoonClan is jealous that FrostClan has a larger bond with StarClan (ironically) So Darkstar declares a war on FrostClan so they can have the mountain and forge a stronger bond with StarClan. (This will make more sense the more you read, trust me)

The world has been plunged into chaos for the last 70 years after a cataclysmic event known as "The Downfall", which has driven the land to be completely restructured, and the government of the nation divided into several clans that fight for dominance over territory. During this time, one young man is fleeing his home after burglarizing a warlord of one of these clans, and ends up getting caught in the middle of a turf war. From that point, he must decide what he wishes to make of his life, and what he wants for the world, while also encountering memories from the past.

Lombardy, a region of Italy wherein both culture, and industry are in it's highest. Being both the powerhouse of industry, and economy as well as being diverse in cultural heritage. But in Lombardy, there lies a large establishment where the strongest, most brutal, and cunning mafia members follow the orders of one man, one leader, Alfred Monarch. The don of the strongest mafia, and the founder of the cigarette corporation, "Devil's Den." Which is oddly enough, the name of his mafia. Though he might be the center of the story, he is not, one of his new found members, Isabelle Martello will be the one who shines in the spotlight. We follow her life, her struggles, her past, and her life as one of the Mafia members of Devil's Den.

The story is in the P.o.v of the inkling, Kay. She has a rare case where her teeth are different from most inklings. That may not seem like a very major thing. But the other inklings treat it like its a major thing. She knows she is the same as everyone else, so to prove it,

Inkopolis, the city of color, home of inklings is about to celebrate it's most long honored traditions, the Splatfest. Unfortunately there has been a strange power outage about a week before Splatfest. Nobody cares and think the Splatfest will continue anyway but not a particular inkling named Reo. He was approached by an old Cuttlefish name Cap'n Cuttlefish who claims to know who is behind the power outage. Reo has agreed to help him save the zapfish that powered the city. Reo expects to help him and leave but once he learned to make a commitment as an Agent of the Squidbeak splatoon, the longer he wishes to stay and protect his home.
