This is a picture of a spinner, which is a thing that spins by turning it manually. It first was used commercially in the 1990's, and later it become popular again in the 2010's. This spinner can be used by people of all ages, kids too, and is really good and therapeutic because it is good to use for the stress and for people with OCD, which is obssesive compulsive disorder. It is a medical condition that some people can have at any time in thier lives, no matter the age.

Alfie is a troublesome, reckless sixteen year old with practically nothing going for him. Meanwhile, his best friend Charlie is practically perfect in every way. When Alfie's childhood crush, who happens to be Charlie's twin sister, returns from boarding school, things begin to change and friendships twist and turn in every way.
