What would it be like if the Jade Winglet characters were (Human, I should specify) normal teenagers? No prophecies, or powers, or secrets or lies. Just... high school. Find out in this fanfic where Moon, Qibli, Winter, Turtle and Kinkajou are regular teenagers doing regular teenage things. **There's a little bit of language (definitely not frequent but a little here and there) but other than that I try to keep this clean** All credit for the characters go to Tui T. Sutherland in her Wings of Fire series!

This story takes place in the eyes of the next generation of dragons, some of which you might recognise. Glorybringer's dragonet, Firefly. Cleril's dragonet, Copper. Moonbli's dragonet, Starchurner. Just to name a few.

Kinkajou is not an easily discouraged dragon. But now that she heroically saved the world from Darkstalker, and her friends have defeated the 'Great Evil' in Pantala, she struggles with returning to her old life. Especially now that so many things have changed... there are new dragons at Jade Mountain, ones that she isn't quite sure that she can trust. There is conflict between Kinkajou and Moon, and the appearance of a hostile MudWing looking for someone in the school causes tension to rise in the academy. Update: Cover changed to something that was actually my art. What if Winter did meet his love, but wasn't Moonwatcher. Firecaster is a Sandwing half Skywing. She never got to meet her parents, they abandoned her (or did they😏😏😏) when she was in her egg and she was raised by the Talons of Peace. The new leader, Riptide, keeps a close eye on her because he feels the needed to protect her and she was like a fire, if I gets to cold she'll die. Being adopted by Thorn, Qibli certainly thought he could have any girl he wanted. Then he meets a girl that he knows is just ment for him. Pressured and cold, our Winter here hates everything and everyone. 2 siblings, 2 distant parents and one girl that he will never stop thinking about. What happens when he finally meets someone that will love him just as much?

This book will have Moonbli, and Winterwatcher. Both ships are welcome, anyone is welcome to read it. I just tried to write a spin off, FYI I started to write this before the 10th book came out, please do not judge if there are holes. This will contain spoilers of the 10th book so if you haven't read it GO READ IT, NOW! Also go check and see who i follow they are extremely good writers i could not write better than them in 10 YEARS. Turtle had never felt this before, never felt so- confident. His sanity was slipping, he knew, but somehow he never felt very bad about it. His mind had been sliding away for years now, he could feel the change. He could feel the hot power squirming beneath his talons the day he had changed Anemone. It was hard to have rational thoughts when you could feel it coursing through your veins. Timid little Turtle had always been a bit of an act. He knew he could be great, that he could rule the world. Or Turtle slowly loses his mind and goes insane with power. Just a warning, this fanfic gets pretty Gory and kind of Descriptive. Most chapters are free of it but if you are sensitive I would suggest not reading. if you still want to read it I will have Tw's at the start of every chapter, so you may skip it.
