The year is 1998 the peaceful quite town of Raccoon City is a place where nothing bad could ever except for minor crime rates, Leon S. Kennedy is transferring to a new police station the Raccoon City Police Department but as soon as he gets there a pandemic known as the T-Virus breaks out and start infecting the townsfolk. The source of the outbreak has something to do with the ground zero location, Umbrella Corporation where that place hold some dark secrets of their own soon to come forward to the shadows.

The big mega-corporations, Umbrella and WCKD, have taken over the world, or what's left of it. Vast solar flares have scorched the Earth, plunging humanity into the chaos of extinction, while a deadly virus spreads its tentacles through areas that have not been scorched. All traces of values, morals and ethics have vanished as fast as the Sun burned the Earth, and a new era of super humans is emerging from the experiments of these corporations. They had everything under control... or at least that was what they thought.
