A Kane Chronicles Fanfiction Set between The Red Pyramid and The Throne of Fire Rated 10+ for violence and profanity I push through an opening to see Sadie reaching through to me. I sigh in relief. This is almost over. A shapeshifter latching into my back jolts me out of my reverie. It's not over yet, far from it. Through my haze of exhaustion, I somehow manage to shake it off. Claws tear into my back, trying to drag me back into the crowd. I feel my blood pooling around me. "Sadie..." I groan and reach out, in human form. Out fingertips touch for a second before my chest sends a pulse of pain through me. What feels like fire rips through me from head to toe. I make an animalistic noise and arch my back. Then I fall, overcome by the crowd. I close my eyes, succumbing to my exhaustion. The last thing I see is Sadie still reaching out to me before I'm swallowed by the press of bodies around me. "Kara!"

Romeo and juliet were just not meant to be i mean dont get me wrong but they where wrong. so maybe if you look far enough you will find that this "i love you so much I would do anything for you even if it means dying" love,you would see two people who were said to not be meant for eachother ended up holding on to eachothers hand never wanting to let go of this love. They where together maybe not the way they wanted to be but the way it is.
