After six months into the apocalypse and Joana meets a guy. He's so closed off but sooner than later he finally opens up to her. As medical school was Joana's life before her fathers passing she put her sister first even when she didn't need it. As a little girl Joana's sister never had a mother figure since her mother since she died in child birth. Joana tried her best but all she could do was be the big sister while their father worked.
