This book is a raw, reflective journey through fear, self awareness, faith, and healing. Told through quiet moments, spontaneous drives, music, and inner dialogue, it explores what it means to sit with discomfort instead of fighting it and to slowly learn self compassion. Blending personal experience with spirituality, autism, and mental health, the author reflects on how fear can shift from a burden to a guide, and how presence, honesty, and small perspective changes can lead to meaningful growth. This is not a story of perfection or instant healing, but of learning to move forward gently, imperfectly, and with faith.

→ This isn't just a letter. It's the ache you hide in your smile, the truth you whisper only to yourself at night. 🕊 Have you ever written something and kept it hidden, hoping someone might still understand without reading it? It's okay if you don't answer. I just wanted you to feel... seen. --- This book isn't about happy endings. It's about that quiet chaos in your late teens and early twenties- when your smile hides a storm, and you start missing a version of yourself you didn't even know you'd lost. These short stories are about the stage we don't talk about. The sinking. The silent screams. The fragile strength of just getting through. If you've ever felt like you're falling apart silently, this book is for you.

The Life I Didn't Plan At twenty four, Milly's life looks exactly as she planned. A prestigious job. A promising career. A color coded calendar that maps out every step toward success. Yet somewhere between midnight emails, endless revisions, and another "quick change before tomorrow," she realizes she's become a stranger to herself. Burnt out and running on empty, Milly makes a decision she never thought she would. She leaves the city behind for Willow Creek, a quiet town where time moves a little slower, neighbors know your name, and mornings are measured by the smell of fresh coffee instead of Outlook notifications. She only plans to stay long enough to catch her breath. But healing has a way of arriving when you stop looking for it. As unexpected friendships bloom and a charming local reminds her that life isn't something to be scheduled, Milly begins to rediscover the dreams she buried beneath deadlines and promotions. Sometimes the greatest adventure isn't chasing the life you planned. It's finding the one that was waiting for you all along.

A conversation between me and myself. As I go through my regular run-of-the-mill life I come across instances, the mundane to rarely even exciting, when I stop and steal me away from 'the now' to go to a secluded place in my head where I rendezvous with myself. Reflection. Introspection. Self-exploration. Nonsensical babble. P.S. At least one chapter may be dramatically dark. It's just that when you talk to yourself you don't have to add that extra drop of cheeriness just to seem okay. Writing in a state of high emotions makes things seem intense. But I am perfectly okay. As okay as I can be. :-)
