JARNIA
WARNINGS: Death, language, liminal horror.
Inspired by track 4 on Regional at Best by twenty øne pilots, a younger Josh Dun finds himself on a rainy freeway at 3AM. Forced to take a random exit, he ends up in Slowtown. Soon after, the exit for the town disappears, leaving him trapped and revealing that the town is run by a system that is built to ease human pain away by erasing their memories and everything that makes people, well, people. The longer Josh is there, the more impossible the town becomes. And there's this cute boy, Tyler, who works at the town's only gas station.
A psychological horror, inspired by the question, "What if the pain that lives in us is part of our humanity?".
