Tempest, finally free of her guilt, arrives at Ponyville to learn more about friendship from Twilight and her friends. Tempest never stopped loving Twilight, and Twilight realizes that she's been missing out on the feeling of true love. Princess Celestia isn't okay with this turn of events, not in the slightest. After looking back on past weddings, Star runs away from her wedding and returns to Equestria after she realizes that she's still in love with her best friend. She becomes Princess Luna's student in a genuine attempt to become a better being. But with Marco's rejection, Discord's unrequited feelings, and people in her past coming to Equestria, will Star return to her old ways? And will Star find true love? Hiatus.

Nearly a century later, Celestia and Twilight have formed a hidden relationship over the decades. Though it soon comes crumbling down went the Canterlot nobility begin to shun same gender couples. Finally the distaste becomes too apparent and the time comes for Celestia to make the tough decision of sending Twilight away for the protection of her throne.
