After meeting Bella the Cullens were forced to move away from Forks to escape the nosy human. Alice decided to move the family to Willow Creek, Texas, a town hidden from the sun by tree cover allowing no light through. Here the Cullens meet Yala a strange, beautiful and kind girl the Cullens are immediately drawn to, particularly one of the Hales. Yala has been trapped in servitude for a thousand years she cannot even remember what it felt like to be wanted for more than the power she was cursed with. How will she respond to the new beings that moved to a town she was never accepted in.
