Twin skies was very rare in the Mafia so when the dead Vongola Decimo is reincarnated and born with a twin things start to turn ugly. In another universe Sawada Ieyasu has just died but is now reincarnated into the younger out of the two. As far as anyone can tell he is perfect, but behind closed doors, he constantly torments and abuses his older brother, punishing him for any slight: real or imagined.
