Senior year was supposed to be stressful-college decisions, exams, and prom night with Amber. But when the sound of gunshots echoed through the school hallway, the pressure of grades suddenly felt like nothing. Trapped in a classroom with blood pooling under the door and classmates dying around him, panic and paranoia set in. Text messages to his mom offered no comfort-only confusion.
