Ah yes, nothing like a nice day in with a cup of cocoa, watching a movie that reminds you of the childhood days and dreams from so long ago.... Of course being so cozy can make a person sleepy.... And of course.... You couldn't even guess what would happen after that... Falling into water, almost drowning, and being saved by a horse who gently pulled you up and onto the wooden ledge. You gasp as you breathe and look at your surroundings. You look up at the horse and... WHY IS THAT HORSE SO BIG?!!! You hear a big gasp and turn to look. A teenager with blond hair and a dress akin to Thumbelina rushes over to you. " You're, YOU'RE OKAY!! AND YOU'RE SMALL LIKE ME!" ( While Thumbelina is in the public domain, the story is based off Don Bluth's Thumbelina but that belongs to him and the only character that belongs to me is the reader and the story idea) First chapter is in 2nd POV while the rest is in Third POV. Fem Reader, and the reader will be in her 20s ( Specific age won't be specified but she is in her 20s and older than Thumbelina)

The small town was always filled with fear of the night, for that was when the beast came out to play. Amber (other wise known as Little Red) had always been the sweetest little girl. Always remembered her manners, got good grades, and had one of the purest hearts you have ever met. Or so everyone thought. Recently people have noticed a change in her attitude. The odd night when her parents wouldn't find her in bed after dark but wake up with breakfast being cooked. Could it be that the beast is the kind village girl?
