Most importantly, each of these very short stories is exactly 140 characters long (including spaces, punctuation and everything). Not, less than 140, EXACTLY 140. This length reflects the original limit of a post on Twitter. Of course, Twitter has more recently extended the limit to 280 characters. However, increasing the limit for this collection above 140 characters would make it too easy. We don't want easy, do we?
