When she meets possibly the kindest and most good-hearted (and not to mention handsome) greaser in Tulsa, though, those plans begin to change. In a story of family, friends, and hardship, two teenagers find love in the most unexpected of places, and also learn what it truly means to love someone: to show them your true self, no matter how damaged you may be, and watch as they don't even flinch.

I haven't seen a lot of these and only one that was truly Realistic. So I decided to just make my own

Birdie Reeves, aka Falcon Kid, is an outlaw from 1880. She's on the run from the law, thanks to her crimes in Texas, when she accidentally time travels to 1965. She's startled by all the new technology, of course, but the Greasers help her out. Birdie struggles to settle down in the new life that was sprung onto her against her will, but a certain Two-Bit Mathews catches feelings and makes her feel at home. (so i know absolutely nothing about 1880. or 1965. or texas, or oklahoma. so please forgive me if there's any inaccuracies i've spent more time RESEARCHING about those time periods than actually writing, so... yeah.)

Brianna is a teenager from Tulsa, Oklahoma in 2017. Her best friend is dreaming of cracking time travel. When one day it actually works, Bri runs into none other than The Gang to spend her days with in 1965. Will Bri be able to change the past to save Johnny and Dally from their traumatic end? Will Bri ever make it back home to 2017? What if she falls in love with a greaser from before her time? All rights go to S.E. Hinton except my characters!! This is a story I wrote from the perspective of "Sylvia" from S.E. Hinton's novel, "The Outsiders". I dived into how she met Dallas Winston, their dynamic, and how the events from the original novel impacted her. Please keep in mind that this is my first time writing something like this!!
