The thing about these underground villages is the fact that they aren't aloud to go to the outside world (Gurren Lagann anyone?) Yet these creatures would break the surface and crash the villages, These creatures from the surface. Underground there would be the teens in training to protect the villages, using skates to be faster. These creatures would be spheres, ever so turning into stars as they gather magic. These creatures weren't the real thing.... 5 girls and two guy make up to the rulers of the villages, being the best in each village they are in, since being separated. Somehow breaking the surface and going to the outside world, they meet
