The Night Shift is a work-in-progress novel. It's based on a love triangle at Coco & Blu Cafe. Gio is an aspiring chef who has worked at Coco & Blu since she was in high school. Patrick is a server who Gio was in love with for a while, even though he had a girlfriend, Ange. Gio has to spend the weekend at Patrick's because her parents are out of town. They go to a party at Kyle's house. Kyle is another one of their coworker's who is crushing hard on Gio. Gio has to figure out if she wants a slow-burn romance with Patrick or a new and ambitious love with Kyle. I have written a few chapters and just want to see what people think of my writing. :)
