She knows the signs, she's done her research, but how are you supposed to ask a stranger if they're a creature of the night, without perhaps causing offence if they aren't, or landing herself dead if they are? Or, the story about a little bookworm who just wants to live forever reading her fantastical books, and a tormented immortal who hates himself and only really starts appreciating the world a little more because of this strange girl who loves reading.
