They said her life was perfect. Daughter of wealth. Prize of a quiet home. Poetry flowing from her lips like prayer. But no one asked what her heart wanted. He saw her before the world did - not for what she represented, but for who she was. And in a place where class speaks louder than love, their bond becomes both sanctuary and sin. As years pass and choices close in, Nazma must decide: Should a woman live the life she's given - or risk everything for the one she longs to choose? Two stories unfold. Two hearts wander. One dream is silenced. One survives. In a world where silence is expected and sacrifice is praised, can love still be called a blessing?

Two 'extracts', that both depict the same event, however, each piece is a description from two different characters. The aim of the juxtaposition of these two different texts is to highlight the uniqueness of the individual and their respective characteristics and thought. (Each piece is separate, and it is not intended to be in any chronological order. The pieces both exist in the same place, during the same time, simply the narrating characters are changed.)
