How could Dr. Barlow, a most harmless man on earth end up in the courtroom, and as a defendant? Why did he openly appoint a man directly related to the case as his lawyer? And most importantly, what is that thing he hides under his coat?

For as long as anyone can remember, Gardenspace has been calm and uneventful. Days go by as usual- Sage comes out of his greenhouse after tending to the plants, and then hangs out with Sunny and everyone else. He cares for his friends. He cares for his flowers. They're all happy. Nothing wrong can happen. Nothing wrong will happen. Until things start to change when a monochrome boy shows up.

I didn't like the old version of this story so I took it down and reworked it a bit. Yes this is satire, but I genuinely liked writing this and I just want this to be a better story. Also some of the stuff written in the old version was questionable to say the least. Norman Afton the youngest son of the Aftons lives with his dad. He has a mental disorder where he hears a voice. Only way to get the voice to shut up is to kill kids. Or A few years after Michael ran away and his parents divorced separating him and his sister. His mental disorder starts to speak telling him bad things and saying he has to kill kids if he wants it to shut up. (Everything stays the same with the Aftons deaths except William commits suicide after his wife and daughter die)
