At first, she thought nothing of being a vampire in that world since she was basically above humans, but that changed when she was brought into the Agriche family because her clan owed a debt to them. She was sent in as a form of their part of the agreement that was being met. There, she interacts more than she likes to with the oldest child of the Agriche family.
