In a world where Meta-humans, superheroes, and monsters exist, the line between life and death is pretty blurred. This line is especially blurred for Frankie who discovers that there's a little bit more to her existence than it seems. But when you have a dad like Eric Frankenstein, it's hard to keep your head. Especially, when he's gone most of the time looking for a woman Frankie has never met.

This is the start of an ending-just another Romeo and Juliet Love Story riding on a roller coaster ride where the finale is a tragic crash. This is how we fell in love, and ripped our hearts into tiny little pieces. And this is how I started my Taylor Swift song, with a guy who would change his mind in the end.

Twyla and Jayce are the Reapers. They're the children of life and death, but Twyla hates death (and blood) in general. Ironic for a girl who hates to collect souls for a living right? Twyla loves spending time in the mortal world and helping with a rebel alliance that wants to take down the government in a nonviolent way. But doesn't that interfere with her work? ~ Ash, Rose and Violet are siblings who live in a dystopian world. They're the Fabrey's and their parents were the founders of the alliance before they were executed. Ash, the middle child, is a co-leader and has a soft side for Twyla. He let's her get away with things that most people wouldn't. ~ Ash and Violet have been murdered.

For whatever reason, we often put up a façade in front of the world, forgetting how to live sincerely. When your sense of self is lost, everything becomes distorted. Two souls, polar opposites at first glance, become entangled in ways they never thought possible, the lines between illusion and reality become blurred. Seeking love and understanding, are they so different?

Frankie Stein and Cory Scaleheart are the new ghouls at Monster High. Will they make new friends or will they fall apart?
