How would you feel if a I told you our human society has found a way to survive, a way for us to have a second chance? In the year 2049 humans walk with the living dead; revenants. But we are linked as one as humans have found a way for us to live a second chance. Survive a life after death. When linked with a revenant, if we die by a terrible tragedy our souls are preserved by an un-known source. The revenants body and soul is repaired by nature if hurt in anyway, but the human is unharmed. But strangely, the link only works one way. Meaning if a human is killed then our revenants soul dissipates and we are brought back feeling quite rejuvenated and alive. And what happens to the revenant? They die, almost instantly, feeling every ounce of their souls energy slipping through their fingers as their body convulses in agony. In this day and age revenants are slaves to us. They use to be somewhat hero's and kept the balance of humanity under control. But what happens when a group of outcast revenants known as 'the tyrants' realise this and start giving back what they saved?
