The world ended when the dead returned and began devouring the living. But not for Kate Hannity, she had been a Doctor in the ER of a small town country hospital, working along side her husband Jeff. It wasn't until he died, after months of them surviving on the road together, that for her the world completely lost all meaning, all hope. Since the beginning of the outbreak groups of survivors had come and gone for Kate, but now almost a year on from Jeff's death and with her sanity barely intact, she may have found a group that could bring her back from the brink.
