Modern Avatar AU Katara and Sokka meet a Freshman named aang, he is the avatar and they have been chosen to help him learn the elements, so they have to travel to the schools in each of the three districts

Sokka's life is a mess. His girlfriend died a year ago, he's not getting into his dream school, and he's constantly overshadowed by his younger sister. Frankly, he's just waiting for high school to be over, and on top of that, a girl named Suki keeps beating him at sports, the one thing he prides himself on being good at. But who knows, maybe Suki is just what he needs. Suki on the other hand, has her whole life together. She has a bright future, great friends, and a great team, although she can't help but wonder if they actually like her. The one thing she's missing, someone who understands her, something in her orderly life, moving like clockwork, that doesn't make sense, and she may have just found that someone.

After a year of recovery, Olympic fencer Azula returns to the competition floor determined to prove she's still the same person she was before her injury. Ty Lee knows better. Because sometimes healing doesn't mean becoming who you were. Sometimes it means learning who you are now. A story about fencing, grief, recovery, and one word that changes everything. Wait.

She is having feelings she doesn't know the meaning to, feelings that she doesn't think she should be having. Those feelings are directed to one person: Ty Lee. Chapter 2 - Mai knows something is up. Her two friends are acting weird around each other, and she's gonna find out why. Chapter 3 - Ty Lee feels like Azula isn't as ok as she pretends to be. After all, her brother had just become a traitor. And, even if she didn't want to (or at least said she didn't), Ty Lee was going to be there for her.
