Her classmates are the top of the top, and she finds herself a step behind. Without a flashy enough quirk, she begins to think her family is right; how can she really hope to become a hero? Balance The Scales: Book One This is a mostly OC driven cast in the BNHA universe. Some of the canon characters are mentioned, but will not play significant roles. When U.A. High opened its doors for the first time, everyone wanted to go there. With the entire staff being made of top heroes, both retired ones and ones still working, it was basically guaranteed going there meant becoming a top hero. It's also a place that could attract a lot of villains. The only person that wasn't interested in it was me. I know in today's society, it was almost unheard of to not want to be a hero. I just had to make that mistake in applying to the school. Why would I apply to a school I didn't want to go to? Because my family expected me to be the next top hero. But I'm no hero. Being a hero student is a lot of work. Between hero training, networking and studying, it is very difficult to find time to have some fun. But as word breaks out that a nearby beach is opening up for the season, a group of sixteen UA students plan out a day to enjoy some fun in the sun.
