People think the Emirates is loud. It's not. Not really. If you stay long enough-past the cheers, past the cameras, past the noise-you start to notice the quiet things. The way footsteps echo in empty corridors. The way the grass looks darker just before sunset. The way people become... smaller when the crowd disappears. That's the part I liked. The quiet.
