Not knowing the situation between she asked a human person in Ulstead for directions and then ends up in a dungeon under the castle of Ulstead.Then a few days later she hears noises outside and sees a tundra fey like herself and sooner then later she is rescued by him.

Reiner can never forget about his friends back at paradise. Every little thing reminds him of what he once was, and who was once with him. After a suicide attempt he keeps seeing people remind him of his old friends. After a while he cannot tell what is real anymore and just chooses to accept his fate and live with the guilt.
