Many years have passed since monsters were banished underground for bringing upon a war against the humans, once they were lost to their own rage, Mount Ebott turned into a tall tale. A story about the mountain being cursed and having hidden ways of trapping people underground. They say if monsters did exist, they had no mercy in their souls. That humans were the 'good guys'. A human that fell into their world, found the tales were true about monsters existing but hopes they couldn't be as ruthless as they have been told. They wanted to believe that even these so called horrible monsters can be good if they just tried.

In the Underground of where it's kill or be killed, there lies Snowdin in all it's glory, with it being cold, cold-hearted, and cold-blooded. A fallen human ventures through Snowdin, but not for long. She nearly get's captured by the Font Brothers, but manages to escape with only Sans scraping her arm. She makes it into the woods, and rests there for the minute, but then a gang of monsters kidnap her instead and torture her. Her screams, filled with pain and agony, and little hope for someone to come by and hear. Her thoughts, filled with the hope that she will be released from this pain, whether that be from dying or something else. Her body, filled with bruises and scars and scrapes, and wounds.... It reflects all the things that the gang has done to her. Her hope, filled with nothing, except for that one, little spark, of hope for someone to save her.... And that person being the person who decided to capture her first.

You were bored, so 'why not write letter?' you thought. There were lot's of companies that offered their services, but the most popular one was M&H. It stood for Monsters and Humans, if that wasn't obvious. It was made for people who wanted to meet potential friends but preferred having the option to remain anonymous. Why letters and not an online chatroom or something? You don't know, for the aesthetic maybe. So, you gave it a shot, you wrote a letter and sent it off. The reply you got was... disheartening. They didn't even want to do this, they were forced into it, but somehow you started writing and replying. It was fun, and with time, you started wishing to meet them. All you knew was that they were almost certainly a monster, and that they had an accent even when writing. The letters began having a flirty tone to them, and feelings came into play. It was nerve wracking, but worth it, in the end. A while later, you met the monster, a skeleton named Sans. The guy always had jokes and mustard to spare, and by jokes you meant roasts. They still made you laugh, he made you laugh. The letters were your guide to a happy relationship with your funny bone man, and you couldn't be more proud of your past self for taking that step. And sometimes, those memories resurface.

Sans has quite the collection of cracks on his bones, each recalling a memory, important or painful experience. If he wants to decide his fate, then he'll have to remember the scars and pain he's went through. May Become Dark, Suicidal, Depressive and Violent. But hey, it's Underfell, of course it's gonna end that way.

To protect your secrets, how far are you willing to go? This is the dilemma that Papyrus, the royal guard's captain of Snowdin town is facing since he accepted to protect the last fallen child. What he thought would be a simple task is slowly driving him away from his guard's duty, at the worst time possible. When he finally understands something is really wrong with Undyne, his rival and only friend, it's too late. Overnight, the general announces to him that he is now in charge of the royal guard and disappears from his life. Even if he tried, Papyrus couldn't resolve himself to let her go without knowing why she gave up on everything in one night. However, by trying to dig out too many secrets, Papyrus has to face a lot of problems. Threats, intimidation, someone is trying to force him to give up. But the more he searches, the more he realizes all the tracks lead to Asgore. The King is known for his impeccable justice and his absence of mercy. If he doesn't give up, he might lose way more than just his job. Split between his vocation and his friendship, Papyrus will have to make a choice.
