Avanivrinda
This is a 9th-century historical tale of three lives bound together from a young age, only to be torn apart by a political conflict within their kingdom and a fateful decision made by one of them.
Vikramaditya Bhoja: The prince of the Avanti kingdom. Ambitious and fearless, he is willing to do whatever it takes to expand his kingdom across Bharata Varsha, even if it comes at a personal cost.
Bhumija: The beloved daughter of Avanti's loyal chief minister. Raised with affection by her father and cherished by her two closest friends, her life takes a difficult turn when Vikramaditya's ambition creates a rift in their bond. What will she do when she is forced to choose between her father and the man she loves? What happens when there is no right or wrong to choose from?
Narayana: The son of one of the richest merchants of Avanti. Loyal and wise, he has always stood by Vikramaditya as a trusted friend and advisor. But what happens when that very friendship becomes the reason he loses the woman he was meant to marry?
PS : This story is not just about the plot but also an attempt to depict the life in a ninth century India as I imagine so that we can all immerse in that world.
