(This is my first story so please bear with me) Before rescue - Naruto is living a terrible life in konoha, being beaten everyday by the villagers for something he had no control over. But one day they take it to far and on his 7th birthday he is left for dead in the forest of death after a particularly gruesome beating(which may have resulted in the loss of his innocence) and found by kami After rescue - After living with kami for 9 years (he's 16) he is finally able to put the past in the past(mostly) but one day when he is down on earth singing to the animals an old friend stumbles across him. How will this play out?
