The year is 1991, and the USSR has collapsed. The world is transforming and is seeing an age of peace and prosperity. But some countries are stuck in the past, some refuse to move on. Especially Russia, who after the Soviet's death has been left confused and scared of what the world has in store for him. Will he and other countries learn to move on from the past? Will the countries learn to come together in peace? WILL THERE BE SHIPS? Well, I think you know the answer to one of those already :)
