Aemilia has put the adventurous life of being the Dragonborn behind her, now living with her best friend Erik in the secluded forest of Falkreath. The dragons are gone, the Imperials defeated in a blood-ridden yet historical three year war by the Stormcloaks. Ulfric has the power of Skyrim in his grasp. In honor of the Stormcloaks' victory, the Jarl of Windhelm is holding a celebration feast which Aemilia's invited to. However, things are bound to go awry and chaos resurfaces, forcing her to take up the title as Dovahkiin once again. Though this time she's at a disadvantage - power resides where men believe it resides, and they no longer believe it's with her. She's a fighter, she's a survivor, but most importantly - She's Dragonborn. ~I try to keep this story as lore-friendly as possible, apart from characters I've created. Daenerys Nightbrook is a Bosmer, who is stuck living in Windhelm after her home in Valenwood was attacked by the Thalmor. She faces harassment and discrimination from some of the Nords there, but always tries to keep a smile on her face. But one day she is forced to pack up and leave. Her journey takes her to the rugged mountains of The Reach, the hallowed halls of Jorrvaskr and the battlefield of a war-torn Skyrim. In the midst of it all Daenerys finds herself with a strange attraction to someone she should definitely stay away from. Could it be her undoing?

"Do you honestly want me to lecture you because it won't be pretty." Miraak just stared at me stepping slightly closer and whispered "Try me, I dare you." All I wanted to do was wipe that smirk right off his face. "Fine then, you are one of the smartest and yet stupidest people I have ever met..." When Alye thinks her long battle with Miraak is almost over she discovers that things might not be quite as they seem. As they escape the realm of Apocrypha they find their powers lost and must journey together to get them back. This is the story of the last Dragonborn - a mortal with the blood of a dragon. This is my story. But I'm not just the Dragonborn, I'm also Freyja, Guildmaster to the infamous Thieves Guild and a Nord whose homeland has been torn apart by civil war. I have managed to avoid choosing sides until now. With the return of Alduin the World Eater Skyrim must unite under one banner and fight as one or we will all perish. Convincing the determined Ulfric Stormcloak to listen to reason however is more difficult than I ever imagined. But unless I figure out a way to end the war and unite everyone to fight Alduin Ulfric will be the least of my problems. Skyrim and all of its entities belong to Bethesda.
