I love Smile Precure, I've been watching it a lot recently.

During the siege of Balteus we follow the Monarch whose selfish decision has thrown the universe into chaos, his mortal enemy - The Triumvirate - has risen from the grave to stop him from burning innocent worlds. Conflict of heart, body and time herself surrounds the rebellion as the Monarch tries to protect his family from the consequences of his actions and fulfil his destiny.

When Emily wakes up in Flipside, having been knocked out by the evil Count Nogo, Rascal and Emily set out to find the only means of stopping Count Nogo- to recover the eight Glitter Hearts and destroying Count Nogo to get rid of the Shadow Heart. After Pierrot was defeated, the world was given a happy ending for the final time. At least, so the Smile Precure thought.. A year after their victory, Joker returns to torment Marchenland once more. In doing so, he sealed Royal Queen Candy away in a darker version of the Sloth Ball. Marchenland is yet again faced with a depression, and a devastated Pop returns to Earth to seek out the Precure's help once more. Miyuki, Akane, Yayoi, Nao and Reika must gather the Decors all over again- but this time, The Bad End Commanders have a new trick up their sleeves..
