Rescued by an island guardian, taken in by the baddest group in Alola, and no recollection of her life as a young child---that describes Chloe perfectly. Being a young trainer, Chloe has ventured all over Alola at her leisure. For as long as she can remember, she's had a special connection to pokemon, and because of that, she's witnessed the darker side of groups like Team Skull and Aether. After months of peace free from the Ultra Beasts, Alola could be sent into another crisis when a Nihilego appears. Fortunately, Gladion, the acting president of Aether, is on the case to stop Nihilego and send it back to its world. But along the way, he meets and recruits Chloe, finding her way with pokemon to be useful on his mission. But things don't go as smoothly as planned, especially when Chloe and Gladion realize they have a lot more in common than they initially thought. Will their partnership bloom into something more? Why are Nihilego popping up at random across Alola? Everything will get a lot more complicated when Chloe discovers just how much of her past is connected to all of this. He, Hau, and their new friends Sun and Moon had been on a expedition through the forest before encountering Tapu Koko, the guardian had means to perform the Trial before it was interrupted by an Ultra Beast, known as Necrozma. With Solgaleo and Lunala on the run, will Ash and his friends be able to protect Alola? Eleven year old Izzy thought she lived a normal life. Sure, she was the only one of her kind in a world full of mysterious creatures, but she had a guardian, a father if you will, and friends. It all was normal to her. But her "normal" life becomes flipped upside down, or rather upside right. When three spacial disturbances open up in the realms of Ultra Space, it doesn't take long for the young girl to be hurled into the world of her own species; humans. As she integrates into the region of Alola as a Trial-Goer, Izzy must face this new world head on and learn how to act as a regular human again and learn their ways of life. But her eyes are also opened to the dangers that come with living among Ultra Beasts and breathing their air. Now Izzy and her new traveling companions must protect the creatures that hold the keys to opening the way back home from being used for mankind's own selfish reasons. At the same time, she must also try to rediscover an answer to a simple definition that lays at the center of it all: the definition of being human. (This story takes place during the events of Pokemon Sun and Ultra Sun, and is not related to my other stories. I, the writer, have a distaste for swearing or cursing, especially constant cussing throughout chapters, so there is little to no swearing in this book. I own the cover, I made it myself. Pokemon Sun and the characters belong to Gamefreak and Pokemon, I only own the OCs and one Ultra Beast.)
