After Carnelian wakes up after the explosion in the history cave a few days after her winglet takes care of Darkstalker, she isn't as sure of herself as she used to be. An injury comes to her that would be life threatening, she doesn't feel like a real SkyWing anymore. Queen Ruby thinks its best she'd stay in Jade Mountain, so she stays there. Umber gets another chance of going to Jade Mountain after his winglet takes care of the monster, Darkstalker, he goes and leaves his sister with his sibs, since his bigwings thought it was best he'd go to Jade Mountain. All credit goes to Tui T Sutherland for the original books, Wings of Fire.

When Umber attacks Sophie in the woods, she ends up almost fading. This was one of the closest she had even been to death, and finally embraces the purpose of the Moonlark. Takes place after Flashback, Umber never dies, Tam was never taken, Legacy and Unlocked didn't happen yet.

This is just a bunch of crazy stuff I came up with, and also, there's some stuff I would like to give credit for animallove(I forget the numbers!) 'cause I took some of her stuff.
