And what will happen when her best friend comes back in a 13 year old body after being missing for 17 years and claims to know the future.

These children were gifted with powers beyond the ordinary. After that there were no more incidents until April 1st, 2019. Part of the moon was destroyed and somehow instead of destroying earth, it missed the earth by a bit and somehow exposed earth to some sort of radiation. Reports of people with superpowers started popping up across the globe. A crossover between TUA and MHA.
