My life was normal. Everyone's was. Until this new business came out. They create cookies. Seems fine, right? But... something's off. People are addicted. It's like a drug. And the longer time goes on, more strange things happen. I can't let this go on. If I do, this world will end... This book is inspired by the game Cookie Clicker. I tried to make a story that would be in the perspective of a bystander if something like Cookie Clicker existed in real life.

Aise, a beautiful young woman who was unlucky all her life, was on the verge of death. "Is it finally time?" She willingly accepted her fate, and closed her eyes. After a while, she reopens them and was visibly shocked. A new world? Aise immediately thought that it was one of her favorite tropes in fantasy novels. 'Reincarnation' She yelled out 'Status' And saw her stats. The very first stat that she laid her eyes on was none other than... Luck! (I do not own the cover, all rights go to whoever made it. The story is mine though.)

The guardians of Yin and Yang has provided the balance of good and bad, female and male, day and night, and so on within the earth for eternity. Their lives are dedicated to keep the light and dark side in sync. During the beginning of all life, the past spirit of nothingness, large and dim, summoned Yin and Yang from the orb of existence and foretold the two, "Beware of the unknown, banish the source of fear, for it may be the cause of your doom." Five hundred years afterwards, they were wary of what they don't know, but with time learned everything it was. Eventually the prophecy was nothing but a blur in the back of their thoughts. They had the instinct and desire to learn everything unknown that came across, which had helped them for their whole existence, until now~ When life's unbalance appears on the horizon of the future, and death echoes through the air, life's only hope is the darkness within. {NOTE~ This book is being redone. Each chapter of this book reveals a little more about the mythical world where Unbalanced takes place. From the early lives of some of the characters to the revelation of the world where Xander wasn't sent back in time, at it's completion, it will tell all the secrets you wanted to know about Unbalanced.

A mistake made in the past opened two portals. Allowing both the Future and the Past worlds to collapse into the present. Both times were in prolonged war, the Past fought against Ancient Gods and Sorcerers whereas the Future subsided with Alien Invaders and War Machines. The present remained peaceful until the portals opened from the sky, bringing forth the unimaginable chaos and warfare from the Past and the Future. Young warriors and soldiers from the past, present and future must join forces to survive the new insurmountable war and bring the world back into balance.
