As devotion and delusion fry eachother, one question lingers in Karo's shadow holding a needle to shatter Karo's fragile reality. What is Mai? The question bleeds out like iron into the dark of the room. Does Karo even want to know the answer? Or was she more afraid of facing the hollow, if the perfect illusion finally breaks into fiber.

In the future, our world is populated by nearly undetectable robots. Designed to be caretakers these simulacrum hide in plain site. One Toggleman, hired to hunt and and shut down androids who have gone off grid, struggles with the ethical questions raised by his son.

It's been a very long time since I revealed that I wasn't done with MLB. However, I'm back in action, and ready to deliver more MLB Fanfic content. Sup guys. It's MiraculouslyGory, and you are about to read Season 1 of my NYC spin-off. Just for clarification, this takes place immediately after where my NYC Rewrite ended. Continuing the story from there, and ending during Season 6. I say during Season 6 because if you remembered Season 3 of NYC will come out some time during Season 6. Why? I could tell, but that would ruin the surprise. Speaking of Seasons, there will be only three seasons of this spinoff. But like I said, you'll get the first two first, then the last one later. As always, I'm thankfully people are still checking out my work, and seeing how I can take this show, and make it better. That, and also show off how horrifying I can be when it comes to imagination. Throughout human history, our species, the Homo Sapien, has seen challenges from everything- microbes, wildlife, the plants and dirt beneath our feet, and even other humans. But there remains several species that evolved for one specific purpose. To trick, deceive, feed off of, or hunt us. Homo Falsus. Fake Man. [=--=--=--=] Inspired by the "Uncanny Valley" effect, Diridium Viri is a worldbuilding project of mine that explores a slight alt-history where semi-humans evolved alongside us, doing their best to mimic for various reasons but never getting it quite right. The Bestiary of the Homo Falsus intends to be a collection of documents on those various species, complete with recorded folklore on the creatures, how they likely lived, how they died out, etc, written by the esteemed heterohominologist Dr. Hugo Aubert (1891 - 1977).

Harold is nobody. A washed-up thirty-something drowning in dead-end jobs, cheap beer, and a hoard of useless junk he impulse-bought from late-night infomercials. He doesn't believe in magic, gods, or anything that can't be explained by bad luck and worse decisions. But something has been watching him. Clinging to him. Something that a girl on the edge of a bridge can see. Lux doesn't die. She's tried. More times than she can count. But every attempt-every reckless plunge into oblivion-ends the same. The universe refuses to let her go. So she does the next best thing: she starts calling to the things lurking beyond the veil. And something answers. Something that knows Harold by name. Now, the two of them are caught in the pull of something vast, ancient, and hungry. A force that doesn't kill, but replaces. That doesn't take souls, but rewrites them. As reality itself starts unraveling-as neighbors vanish, time loops, and shadows move wrong-Lux and Harold must uncover the truth before they become just another echo of the Hollow Ones. I will take inspiration from real-world religions and mythology but will appropriate it for the sake of the story. Alright Ladies and Gentlemen, we have arrived at what is perhaps my fav season of this spinoff. And there are many reasons why. Firstly, I definitely think this is better than SS1. It brings back all the love, and action you saw, but back in a much darker story. And boy do I mean dark because this season might be seen as pure nightmare fuel for most of you guys. But that's not why I'm so pumped to write it. The real reason why I'm so excited is the fact this is my first ever collab in my writing career. For this season, I will be joined by one of my great friends, Arthur, to help me wrote this. He is the one who even came up with the major premise for this story he wanted to write with me for MLB. But that plan didn't work out, and months later, I got the idea to use it here. He said, Hell Yes, and it was settled. Either way, I cannot express how horror fueled, but genius he is. I was even shocked at bit for how diabolical he can be as a writer. Thanks to us, and I'm going to be honest, thanks to us, we are probably going to make people horrified for weeks. So I hope your ready because I sure hope you are.
