This story continues 21 Jump Street High School Reunion. In high school Tom befriended Michelle, he was forced to play a cruel horrible joke on her involving the prom. Michelle left town heartbroken and humiliated. She started a new life in Dallas. As fate would have it, years later, they meet again. Tom didn't recognize her, She was now Sydney. They both were undercover cops with 21 Jump Street. Sydney had always been in love with Tom, but Tom fell hard fast, and deeply in love. They got married, and Sydney revealed she was Michelle at their high school reunion, They found out they were expecting triplets. During hard labor, Sydney's placenta ruptured and she was able to give birth to three beautiful babies, two girls and a boy, but then she passed out. She is in a coma, and is now being transferred to a long term care facility. Doctors have said there is nothing else they can do. Tom is hoping his love can save her and bring her back to him and their babies. But will love be enough to save her, and if not will Tom be able to move on with his life, and raise his little babies.
