You know how Katniss was forced to take the coil with Johanna? What if she actually took it with Peeta?

When it all came down to a blazing inferno, she realized that she'd only wanted freedom.

Katniss had known the blind boy since she was a child. She didn’t know his name; in fact she had never spoken to him in her entire life. Nobody knew how he lost his eyesight. Rumours go around, as rumours do, about possible things that could have happened to cause his blindness. None of them were true. It was quite possible that maybe nobody was meant to know. To Katniss, when she saw the blond child sitting outside the bakery that her mother frequented, with his sunglasses and stick, she had thought nothing of it. High School turned into a different matter.

Three intertwining stories telling the tale of three people struggling to gain acceptance of who they are. Katniss wants to come out but fears how she will treated by her peers if she does. Madge wants her family to love her while also struggling with confusing emotions she feels over a boy she meets at the park. While Peeta must fight for his life in a desperate quest for peace.

When Katniss breaks up with her long-term boyfriend, Peeta, she thinks that it's over forever. She tries to move on, prove she can live without him, by immediately dating someone else. What she doesn't plan on is for Peeta to start a protest against their break up in the strangest of fashions. Peeta is determined to prove his devotion. Katniss is stubborn. Is love salvageable?

SPOILERS FOR MOCKINGJAY!!! Gale has been through a lot in the past 3 years.In a inner turmoil, Gale becomes a peacekeeper and serves district 2. There, he meets a fair girl who he remembers. Katniss and Peeta were never reaped, neither was Prim. they grew up to get married at 18 and have a child at 19. now Aaliyah Mellark will have to face the 89th Hunger Games. and will spark a nerve within the Mockingjay.

MAY SANITY BE EVER IN YOUR FAVOR! Imagine that all the Hunger Games characters were shoved into a mental hospital, weird right? Katniss Everdeen with depression, Gale being bipolar, Cinna with pyromania.. It's a beautiful thing, until Haymitch comes up with a great idea of making everyone go insane with the 'Mental Games'...
