Many years have passed since monsters were banished underground for bringing upon a war against the humans, once they were lost to their own rage, Mount Ebott turned into a tall tale. A story about the mountain being cursed and having hidden ways of trapping people underground. They say if monsters did exist, they had no mercy in their souls. That humans were the 'good guys'. A human that fell into their world, found the tales were true about monsters existing but hopes they couldn't be as ruthless as they have been told. They wanted to believe that even these so called horrible monsters can be good if they just tried.

One day, Sans fell sick. His sickness came out of nowhere and it cannot be cured no matter how many medicines Gaster gave him. Because of the sickness, Sans stayed still on the bed, just laying down or sitting on it under the blanket. The sickness can be seen from his face, half of his white skull was a little bit darker than the rest. Gaster and Papyrus had no idea what kind of illness Sans has, but they decided to take care of him no matter what, hoping that the sickness will soon gone either because of the medicines Gaster gave him, or disappears itself. But alas, The sickness gotten worse... -------- UNDERTALE (c) Toby Fox --------- This have nothing to do with Undertale's canon characters or story. You just woke, when the ding of your email caught your attention. A new listing. You had never known that this could lead your life in a whole new direction, full of new adventures, people, opportunities. A future toward someone you never could have imagined. "Edge, I was wondering, have you ever played 20 questions?" NOTICE: This is a slow burn fanfiction. I don't enjoy rushing relations, they should start as friendships, then become romantic in interest. Especially as I am a Demiromantic/sexual. Things will be slow in that section. I only have a few plots layered out and will be continuing on them. Chapters will most likely be slow to come out, and mainly not edited. The reader has they/them pronouns.

The secret love life of Sans and Toriel. ... It was a beautiful day outside, birds were singing, flowers were blooming. On days like these I would be taking my daily nap at my station. Papyrus will be around any minute to encourage me to recalibrate my puzzles. I open one drowsy eye-socket and look around. Papyrus is no where to be seen, but I decided to get up anyway. I hoist myself off the counter and lazily flip over the hot dog sign so it says, "sorry, I'm not in the mood." I decide to take a walk, I have a really good pun I'd like to use on someone. I walk in the snow for a few minutes till my eyes gaze up. I realized I have wondered pretty deep into the forest. I look around and I notice a path I've never seen before. I decide why not waste more time when I'm supposed to be on my shift. I walk down the narrow path. At the end of it was a huge door. I took this opportunity to practice a knock knock joke. **All characters belong to Toby Fox and also some dialogue. Picture credits to google. Cover made by me.**

Y/N is quite possibly the biggest Undertale fan there is. She knows just about every detail about almost every AU. On a completely normal Sunday, Y/N opened her laptop and begun to play the one and only Undertale. While walking throughout Snowdin, her game crashed. As she tried to log back in, she found that all the characters where gone. Their sprites we're just black glitches and the text wouldn't even come up. It was like everyone had disappeared. Confused, Y/N decided to just watch someone play it on YouTube. But as she searched, she couldn't find anything related to the game. She checked Instagram, Wattpad, Tumbler, everywhere, but it was as if the game itself never existed. Y/N Couldn't get any results for Toby Fox. She even called her best friend who was also a fan, and when she asked, her friend questioned what she was talking about. Blown away, she tried to open her game again, only to find it gone. All of her fan art she had drawn was replaced by empty papers, all the photos she saved were deleted. As one final test, she googled, "Mount Ebott" To her surprise, the same rumor about the mountain popped up without any trace of the game. Digging deeper, she searched the location of the mountain and found it to be right next to her city which had been renamed, "Ebott City". With adrenaline pumping through her veins and a fangirl pit in her stomach, she grabbed her shoes and ran all the way to the mountain. Just like every fanfiction she had ever read, a hole sat on top of the mound of land. Standing on the edge of the black abyss, she knew that if the rumor wasn't true, and neither was her theory, she would be dead. And even if she was correct about what was down there, if she didn't the SAVE and RESET button, she would die. Hell, she didn't even know what AU she was in. It could be horrortale for all she knew. But it was a risk that every Fangirl was willing to make. Her completely normal Sunday was about to get not so normal.

Life is odd for someone who can remember RESETS. So what would happen if you, didn't live..? An Undertale story based off of a comic.
