(FIRST DRAFT!) Many types of Undine exist in the continental kingdom of Cetacea. Sirens prey on sailors with alluring illusions. Mermaids can sing storms into being. Selkies amaze with their incredible strength. Naiads heal using their soothing melodies. True Undines, or Nereids, are much more powerful. Their thoughts and emotions can change currents and summon waves. They are feared and oppressed because of their immense power, yet not all of them use their abilities with malice. Cari is a Nereid, and she wants to end the oppression her people experience. Her mission is thwarted, however, when her mother sends her upon a quest to reclaim the weapon of a distant ancestor. Cari is not one to give up on her dreams. But her quest will further strain the Nereids' relationship with the other Undine races. With that, and more, can she change a kingdom founded on an ancient decree aimed against her people?

Well, that's how I am now, I do not understand what is happening but I think I've ended up in another world and I can not go back, so I have to stay with one of the four spirits until we know what to do. I do not want to take the credit of the story, I just liked it and wanted to make a book in Wattpad about it. They met under depressing circumstances, and now can't be separated. There lives are changes when a new bar opens down the street from there little book store, bringing more of the new monster cast into their lives. Most of the whole story gets set up within the first two chapters, can be a reader insert if you just replace the names with your own and make up a best friend name. Story changes point of view between the two friends. Each chapter jumping in-between AngelicaxGrillby and SamanthaxSans.
