Book 1: Lerkers Of The Night refers to an era where the undead, whom the characters call it 'Lerkers', takes over the island due to an unknown cause. This book takes place in Singapore, a small island in Southeast Asia which contains laws to prevent the personal ownage of weapons, mainly guns. Main characters Harry, Hyuni, and Sally, were in school when the day took an infectious turn. They try their very might to survive the horried days and nights full of consistent, heart-pumping moments while also trying to find answers to the sudden outbreak that no one saw coming and whether this horrifying tragedy is only the beginning to something far worse.

Immortality, an ability to live forever, has been contemplated by philosophers since ancient times. There is hardly a person who would not have thought, at least once, how it would be - to live eternally. Physical and mental never-ending bodies would obtain the opportunities to explore each of the Earth's parts, study every science existing, or enjoy life itself. One may suggest that immortality is a blessing, another one - a curse, and both will be right. However, the possibilities, coupled with the responsibility of eternal living, make this blessing a burden.

"Bulan at Karawitan" is a free concert held at UP Diliman last April 22, 2016 in celebration of the Earth Day. It was my birthday so I decided to attend that as treat for myself. And as I was immersing myself to the music (Asian Music) the performers were performing, I penned an 18-stanza poem. I constructed it using haiku.
