Ever since Demi Lovato got out of rehab she has felt something is missing. It only takes her sister, Dallas, having a baby for her to realize that that is what she's been wanting. There are, however, a few problems. Her boyfriend, Wilmer, is impotent, and can't have kids. And with her busy career, she doesn't have the time to be pregnant.
