It's Laura's first time in the UK, she's staying at her aunt's place in London but after an accident she finds herself staying at the Corinthia Hotel with all the X factor's contestants, including the lovely George Shelley...

Basically just some requested one-shots about Union J I was asked to write. :)

"I can be very persistent," he purrs, cornering me between the sink. "So can I," I retort crossing my arms. He needs to know that I'm not intimidated by him, because can't he take a hint? He may be Jaymi's mate, but that doesn't mean anything. "Go on 100 dates with me," "No." "Thirty dates." He grins, unaffected by the rejection. "Leave me alone. I said no." "Fifteen dates then." "Are you out of your mind?!" "Fifteen or I'll kiss you." He bargains, then leans in when I don't answer. I push him away when his nose touches mine. He stumbles slightly, but regains his balance. "Corner me like that again and I'll-" That grin didn't falter. "You'll what? Tell Jaymi? You're a boarding school girl. You aren't threatening." Oh I'm not, am I? Counting to three, I raise my left foot and aim...direct hit. It's my turn to smile as I see him on the floor. Seriously? Didn't guys only do that in the movies? "Threatening enough?" I taunt. "I'll give you those dates once I get hit by a car."

'I'm going to need some of your guys help with this song. Sing the other parts with me.' I cheered to the small crowd that surrounded me. It was risky because I knew no one would sing but there was hope. Like the hope in everyday that keeps me going. 'I don't like walking around this old and empty house.' I waited for the crowd to sing the next bit. 'Well take my hand I'll walk with you my dear.' I continued as no one sang. 'The stairs creek as I sleep it's keeping me awake. It's the house telling you to close your eyes.' Still no one. Some people left and some more arrived, but the numbers were going down. 'Some days I can't even trust my self. It's killing me to see you this way.' I heard someone muffled voice sing the last bit, but it was coming closer. 'And though the truth may vary this ship will carry our bodies safe to shore.' I continued singing and so did the voice. It was getting closer and finally it made its way to the front of the crowd. It belonged to a curly haired boy and deep brown eyes. I recognised him and didn't know why. I nodded at him while strumming my guitar for him to sing the next bit. 'Dint listen to a word I say.' 'Hey' I sang. 'The screams all sound the same.' 'Hey.' 'And though the truth may vary this ship will carry our bodies safe to shore.' We sang together 'After finishing the duet I looked down in my old tin can and realised I had at least five pounds. That was a warm sausage roll and a coffee and maybe even a small thing for breakfast tomorrow. ************************************* Alana is just a poor homeless girl living on the streets of London. She is exhausting. She is able to get one or two pounds a day while singing and strumming her guitar and she has a friend who buys her cigarettes for her. But the she meet George. Famous. Popular.
