Kira lives his days daydreaming about the past when one day he suddenly receives a letter by "Mary Wilkingson" his dead girlfriend containing only this one sentence: "meet me where the poppies blow" Determined to find Mary,Kira goes on a journey,to once again be united with his true love.

After surviving a deadly accident, Haruki falls into a deep coma. While his real world fades into silence, he finds himself in a strange dream where a mysterious girl is the only thing that feels real. They laugh, walk under endless skies, and slowly fall in love - inside a world that exists only when he sleeps.
