Lies unseen By james a. galgano Where are the accidents we were once promised within hopeful eyes un-seen? As if now were but conjecture offered once upon a time as some promised dream. There once we were young our rapture and surrender did careen into eternal night. With all those now broken promises of grandeur which have abandoned us impolite As if it made some sense when we passed through mirror once upon distant time. Perhaps we had promise now broken left without a prayer to come now ever true. Upon those cliffs we now stand perchance to leap into abyss we thought we knew Yet there is no bravery just silliness locked in embrace of cold pronounced defeat. Forever welcoming what we hoped would never come true but now bittersweet. Lingers upon our lips where forever love we hoped one day to forever meet.
