Slice of Life | Mental Health | Comfort | Diary Style Yana isn't the loud type. She's the kind who finds peace in the quiet- in coffee that's gone cold, in playlists that never change, in little laughs shared with friends between tired days. On the outside, she's okay. Inside, she's just trying to make it through one more morning, one more page in her journal, one more song that keeps her breathing. Just life-raw, soft, and a little messy. Because sometimes, surviving the day is already a story worth telling. ______ "Some girls sparkle in the spotlight. She survives in silence." A teen girl-young, small, and always tired. Her name is Yana Soliman, a high schooler who lives in the spaces between exhaustion and expectation. By day, a working student-juggling school, part-time work, and everything in between. By night, she's a church servant, an all-rounder in ministry-the girl who dances on stage, teaches kids about Jesus, takes photos during worship, then stays behind to clean what's left. Everyone knows her as the reliable one. The one who never says no. The one who smiles even when her eyes are begging for rest.
