The Red Death is spreading like wildfire however Prince Roman and Prince remus are not having any of that so they gather up there and party in one of their Abby's however King Thomas is starting to have second thoughts about the Red Death so he calls upon the spirits of the Red Death itself Virgil and deceit they agree to go away at a price all they want is the hand in marriage of Princess Logan( of course I know Logan is a dude but go with it) however he refuses saying that Logan is engaged to be married to princess Patton a total b**** and they make a Grimm promise to show up on one of their mask balls killing everyone except for princess Logan then a masquerade shows up

Virgil always did what was expected of him. When he was expected to show up on time, he did. When he was told attend a court meeting, he did. And when his parents told him to marry King Roman and his husband Janus, Virgil did. It seemed the perfect opportunity. King Roman was beloved by the people, and a strong king, a worthy ally for Virgil's parents. But there's more to this castle than it seems. A loyal servant with a secret, a lover with a tragedy, a king with a curse, and a banished prince. Every secret is carefully kept, and the King alone knows all. Virgil has a secret he is determined not to reveal at any cost. The other Light sides walk around Virgil, flaunting their gifts while he stands at the sidelines, hoping and praying his irritation doesn't take hold. What happens when Virgil's Light Side family and Thomas are threatened. what will happen when he's forced to reveal his secret to the others? Will Virgil's carefully spun relationship of tolerance with the others shatter? Or will it only grow stronger? Who knows in this journey.

Prince Roman rejects yet another arranged marriage, sending the kingdom's royal council into panic. There is one last kingdom that hasn't arranged a marriage with the young prince. Not long after, Janus Viper discovers in horror that he is the chosen one and is now engaged to someone who doesn't know he exists. Soon after arriving at the castle, Janus is introduced to The Duke, Remus. Janus is now faced with the decision to try and break the agreement with Roman or break his own heart by going through with it. Royal!AU

Janus misses Virgil deeply, even going as far as to keep Virgil's old hoodie. He also kept Virgil's old spider stuffie, though he knows it's not healthy for him to keep the objects. He still keeps the objects and wears the hoodie to bed. what happens when Remus dumps Janus onto the couch in the lightsides saying Janus is not allowed in the darksides anymore?

Thomas decided to go to the callback and instead of the wedding- and Janus is accepted much sooner. Roman and Logan are happy, he is both pushing Thomas to his goals in life *and* pushing him to take care of himself. Naturally, Virgil isn't happy...and neither is a certain unsympathetic father figure figment.

A bunch of animatic ideas and AU ideas all are allowed to be used (with credit of course) and I would love for you to tell me if you've done one so I can see it!
